1. How do I place an order?

Click on the item link.  Make your selection by adding to cart, follow the directions to check out using a credit card.  You will need to create an account during the checkout process.
 
2. How much is shipping?

3. How do I track my order?

Orders normally ship within 2 to 3 business days.  You will receive an email with their tracking information upon shipment.  You may also log in to the Allergan Aesthetics Merchandise Store with your Merchandise Store user name and password after order placement, and click on Order History to see order status and tracking.
 
4. Can Allergan Aesthetics Customer Service place orders for merchandise?

No. The vendor for our merchandise store is MadeToOrder, Inc. MadeToOrder is not connected with Allergan Aesthetics Customer Service.
 
5. Whom do I contact for assistance with an order?

6. Can I make a return or exchange?
 

Yes, your shipment includes a return label and packing slip. If you have misplaced the return label included with your shipment, you may go to the Allergan Aesthetics Merchandise Store Returns Page to get a return label.  You will need the order number and billing zip code to access the return label.  When making a return, please include a copy of your packing slip. Returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase date; all tags and packaging must be intact. A credit will be issued within 7 days of receipt of your return.
